One struggle I had here was keeping it at 5 minutes. I want to get more into the ology, not any subcategory, such as confidence.
This even gets into trauma. I know many people with traumatic experiences, and my time in the military and in mental health I've much more than combat trauma. This trauma will take over one's thinking, ideology, and perceptions.
I would like people to learn about themselves in this psychoneurobiological fashion before they change themselves or believe in something or believe they are something they are not. Someone who has mental or physical limitations is always at war with themselves, because all around them there is a stigma or persona of what a man is and what a woman is. That's when we start comparing ourselves and then we lose out on developing ourselves, because we are worried about someone else's life.
