- Dr. Karina Reiss — attained her biology Ph.D. in 2001 and since has published over 50 scholarly articles in biology, cell biology, infection, and biochemistry. Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi—attained his MD from the University of Bonn in Germany in 1970.
