We work with individuals with mental and physical disabilities obtain and sustain work

We do this by:

  • completing 30 intake paperwork pages right off the bat by everyone who they will say “hi” to. If you say “hi” to someone in the hallway, they now have to complete an intake and a clinical note on you
  • I will then complete a 30–45 minute daily note stating “I did paperwork, see, there’s the date on the paperwork. But, let me document it more. Is there anywhere else you would like me to post that I did my job?”
  • Then I will complete their resume
  • I will then complete a 15–30 minute daily note stating “I did more paperwork”
  • I will do a background check, so I know if there’s anything that can prevent certain work
  • I will then complete a 15–30 minute daily note stating “I did more paperwork”
  • I put in a lot of work to research all their previous to verify addresses, phone numbers, and job descriptions — 50% of the clients I had did not know anything beyond the name of their last company or had incorrect information
  • I will then complete a 15–30 minute daily note stating “I did more paperwork”
  • I will then conduct some employer contacts to try to build connection with some managers. 60% of…
