Totally agree. My last job I worked as an Employment Support Professional and one questions on our "career profile" was "Will you know if you like a job in two weeks after starting? If so, how?" My job was underpaid and I worked on submitting clinical reports after dinner. But, I still worked at that job for a year and 10 months.

I recommended to my clients to submit more job applications after getting offer letters. I also told them, "it's a full-time job getting a job."

Now, with federal jobs, ha-ha! That process is longer than civilian job and the resume's are at least two full pages.
